London Housing Project, is a social enterprise organisation aiming to meet the social needs of people at risk of homelessness and in need of support.  LHP offers affordable accommodation including support to young people and adults with support needs within the London region.  
 

Aims & Objective

LHP aims to provide good quality support.  Promote independence and enable freedom of informed choices and decisions.    All service users will have a personal development plan.  Sustaining tenancies preventing homelessness is at the forefront of our mission

• 16 -  25year olds
• Younger offenders or at risk of offending
• Care leavers
• Moderate mental health
• Learning disabilities
• Received community care assessment as in need of support
