

LHP provides three main streams of service;
· Accommodation based, a young person has own room and shares communal facilities such as Kitchen and bathroom.
· Outreach support/ floating support -
· Support with meetings, court appearances, family contact etc.
What type of support does LHP provides.
· Budgeting, financial management
· Support with maintaining tenancies
· Support in resolving difficult housing issues, for example, rent arrears or neighbour issues
· Claiming welfare benefits
· Getting a job, or getting into training or education
· Being independent and staying safe at home
· Assistance and advice when viewing offers of accommodation
· Assistance in setting up and maintaining gas and electrical accounts and explanation of various methods of payment
· Support and assistance in accessing GPs, health care provision, social services or local authority services
· Advice on counselling and care services to meet specific needs
· Assistance in taking advantage of facilities on offer in the community
· Support and guidance during transitional or difficult periods and ongoing support where necessary
· managing budgets
· ensuring rent and bills are paid

Type of accommodation
We have units consisting of a shared house or flat, whereby service users have their own room, and share communal facilities such as bathroom, kitchen, lounge and garden.
Depending on the vulnerability, some accommodation will have 24 hour staff, however
